FISA members are required to accumulate 60 CPD points in a moving two year cycle by spending 60 hours in the cycle on CPD activity. Of this, 5 hours must be on ethics and 40 hours (which may include the 5 hours) must be verifiable, i.e. there must be some way to prove the fact that the activity was attended or undertaken. The rest of the time can be claimed for reading an self-study. A further requirement is that at least 40 of the 60 hours must be in the member’s area(s) of speciality.
