FPI Estate Planning Workshop – Port Elizabeth

The aim of this year’s FPI Centre for Professional Development – Estate Planning event is to bring theory and academic together in a workshop which is designed to be practice focussed. Wessel Oosthuizen and Marius Botha are our highly experienced presenters of this event and will address the following during this full day interactive workshop:
(1) An overview of the most popular estate planning tools;
(2) Three case studies, each dealing with the same client at different times in his life;
(3) The effect of proper estate planning throughout the person’s lifetime;
(4) The latest legislation that affects certain estate planning tools which are worked into the case studies;
(5) The interaction between estate planning and other financial planning disciplines which will be discussed in the three case studies;
(6) Presentation of final plans to the three estate planning case studies.
