The 14th Annual FISA Conference sponsored by Hollard Court Bonds will be held at the Sandton Convention Centre on 11 September 2024. The theme for this year’s event is: “Certainty in uncertain times,” and will include presentations on the challenges of an aging population and the absence of enduring powers of attorney and the resultant ethical challenges. The programme also includes a regulatory update and presentations on uncertainties in the law of succession and in trusts.

The event will also be available online, either as a recorded event or as both a live stream on the day and a recorded event. A final decision on this will be made within the next week.
