Attorney – PGL Trustees, Pretoria

PGL Trustees requires the services of a dynamic and highly motivated Attorney with excellent communication and mentoring skills to be part of a unique Fiduciary team.

Essential Requirements:

  • Legal Qualification – admitted attorney
  • 5 years plus experience in deceased estate administration, wills, trusts, estate planning
  • Conveyancing
  • Computer literacy, WORD, EXCEL
  • Proficient in both Afrikaans and English
  • Be an analytical thinker and able to utilise legal background knowledge to solve complexities that arise in estate administration
  • Understanding and practical knowledge of Business Entities, Farming Enterprises, Estate Duty, Capital Gains Tax and Income Tax relating to Deceased Estates
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Able to work after hours if and when necessary
  • Own cliental to bring to the company
