ROLE DETAILS

Role overview

This role utilises expert knowledge in the specific fields of administration / product / process to resolve technical and complex problems, usually in support of administrative queries/issues. The incumbent is individually accountable for achieving results through own efforts.

  • This role functions as a subject matter expert in a specific field of administration / product / process.
  • Often acts as a point of escalation for matters with higher level of complexity than those handled by Administration Specialists.
  • Strong support role to the BU Exec.

Key Result Areas

Documentation Processing
  • Functions as a subject matter expert in a specific field of administration / product / process.
  • Often acts as a point of escalation for matters with higher level of complexity than those handled by Administration Specialists.
  • Full Administration and Accounting of deceased estates (from beginning to end). This includes drafting the L&D Account and submission of final requirements required by Master
  • Liaise with clients and assist with any other requirements that they may need support with

Requirements: Skills, Qualifications and Experience required

  • Matric
  • Deceased Estates Administration Diploma
  • Accounting Diploma will be an advantage
  • 10+ years current, practical and relevant experience in the winding up of estates
  • Excellent administrative, servicing, coordinating, support, relationship management and innovation skills
  • Computer literacy: Word, Excel
  • Knowledge of Will drafting
