Vacancy: Temporary Senior Estates Officer (Sandton) position from 1 April to 31 August 2018 (for a period of 5 months)
Africa’s largest law firm, ENSafrica, requires a seasoned individual to administer a portfolio of deceased estates for the purposes of generating fees and leads with focus on retention of existing business as part of its full range of fiduciary services.
- LLB or relevant legal qualification
- Professional registrations with the Fiduciary Institute of South Africa (preferred)
- Minimum 10 years estates administration experience
Minimum of 10 years estate experience handling a portfolio of +/- 45 Estates is essential. Candidate must be able to autonomously administer estates from start to end. Sound working knowledge of legislation applicable to the administration of estates, interpretation of wills, trusts, income tax and estate duty. Candid knowledge of financial instruments both off and on shore and exchange control regulations. The ideal candidate should possess good communication and interpersonal skills and be solutions orientated.
