Each FISA regional meeting has a CPD component to it, usually due to presentations on a relevant topic. We receive requests continuously for certificates after the event – sometimes from members and/or their guests who did not attend the full meeting or the CPD sessions. Please note the following:
- Each meeting has a CPD point allocation based on the duration of the meeting and/or the CPD sessions. This allocation is displayed in a CPD logo that is included in all emails sent to members relating to the meeting.
- CPD certificates are issued from the event management software package that FISA uses, therefore only registered attendees can receive a certificate.
- Attendees at the venue has to remain until the end of the last CPD session and sign the exit register to qualify for the CPD points relevant to that meeting and the CPD certificate.
- Online attendees who are not online in the meeting for the minimum duration to qualify for the CPD points, will not receive a CPD certificate.
- Online attendees must enter their names (name and surname) when joining the online meeting to ensure that they can be identified in the meeting diagnostics report. If we cannot identify you, you will not receive your CPD certificate.
- After an event you will receive an email with a link to download/print your CPD certificate. The link will expire three months after the event, after which no requests for the CPD certificate for that meeting will be entertained. If you did not receive the email, please check your spam/junk folders. If you still cannot find it, send an email to the event planner.
Please follow these guidelines strictly to ensure that you receive your CPD certificates.
