FISA Regional Meeting and CPD Session – Eastern Cape

There will be two speakers:

1st speaker:  Cliffie Louw: Attorney (24 years with the Master’s office and 24 years experience as practicing attorney)

TOPIC: The difference between solvent and insolvent estates, identifying an estate as insolvent,  the procedure in administering an insolvent estate.

2nd speaker:  Representative from SARS

TOPIC:  Estate Duty Assessment, lodging of vouchers, requesting further information and provision thereof, payment of the estate duty and the issuing  of the estate duty receipt.

All members attending will earn 2 CPD points (verifiable) for Deceased Estate Administration.
