FISA CEO Louis van Vuren spoke to Amanda Visser, a journalist at Moneyweb, about the recent ruling by the Constitutional Court in regard to same sex marriages and whether a life partner has the same rights as a spouse. The court ruled both the Intestate and Maintenance of Surviving Spouses Acts unconstitutional and required their amendment within 18 months of the ruling.
