Due to a change in bulk filing service provider, the Pretoria Master’s office experienced problems having files available for amendments to trust deeds in existing trusts, as well as changing of trustees.
According to the Office of the Chief Master the previous service provider retained files due to a contractual dispute. The files have now been released and trust files are now available as and when needed, according to the office of the Chief Master.
