Amendment to High Court and Masters’ areas of jurisdiction

The jurisdictions of the High Courts have been amended. Because the jurisdictions of the various Masters of the High Courts align with those of the High Courts, members dealing with deceased estates, trust registrations, and curatorship matters should note the updated jurisdictional areas.
