FISA members reported that the Johannesburg Master’s Office telephone lines are out of order and that the office is offline as well and cannot respond to email or process work on the Master’s IT platforms. The Acting Chief Master confirmed on 30 January 2020 that there are some challenges in connection with non-operational phone lines, but the data connections are operational and the office can process new and existing matters.
