The Financial Intelligence Centre (FIC) issued an advisory in which it expresses concern about the apparent failure by some accountable institutions to lodge Risk and Compliance Returns (RCR) by 31 May 2023 as required by Directive 6, issued by the FIC on 31 March 2023.
