The Department of Justice and Constitutional Development invites interested parties to submit written comments on the proposed amendment of the remuneration and allowances of appraisers prescribed in terms of the Administration of Estates Act, 1965 (Act No 66 of 1965) (the Act), which is attached hereto as Annexure A.
