At the FISA council meeting on 5 September, the FISA council decided to create specialist standing committees in the following areas:
- Trusts
- Deceased estates
- Tax
- Estate Planning
The purpose of creating these committees is to improve FISA’s ability to identify issues relevant to fiduciary practitioners and to be in a position to influence these issues and any legislative and other developments proactively.
