FISA received the following communication from SARS:
Dear Valued Stakeholder
I trust this e–mail finds you in good health.
As you are aware SARS annually reaches out to key stakeholders to request their participation in testing the updated e@syFile Beta Build before the formal release to the market. During the testing phase, planned for 18 August – 5 September 2025, all online functions will be disabled to prevent inadvertent submissions of test data into the live production environment.
May you kindly indicate whether you and your members will again assist SARS by participating in the testing of the updated e@syFile Beta Build. In the event that you are again willing to participate kindly appoint a single person in your organisation to coordinate and consolidate your members’ feedback. The details of the proposed coordinator for your organisation can for the time–being be shared with me (Karin Smit – krsmit@sars.gov.za)
Once trade testing starts, coordinators should then send consolidated feedback to the SARS support team at SARSTradeTesting@sars.gov.za.
The link for the testing platform and login details will be shared with the participants closer to the testing period.
