It is with great sadness that we learned of the passing of Adv. Preesha Seetal, the well-known Deputy Master of the Cape Town Master’s Office, on 11 May 2026.
Adv. Seetal previously served the Master’s Office with distinction in Durban as an Assistant Master and in Pretoria as Deputy Master, where she also acted as Master for a period before transferring to Cape Town. Those who knew and worked with her will remember her for her professionalism, warmth, and unfailing courtesy.
She was a regular attendee at FISA’s Western Cape meetings, with her final engagement being the meeting held on Thursday, 7 May 2026. Her presence, insight, and collegiality will be deeply missed.
