Ronel Williams, a FISA councillor, is doing post graduate research on the Maintenance of Surviving Spouses Act in order to assess the challenges faced by executors when considering claims under the Act. She aims to send a short survey to individuals working as estates officers/executors and has identified some FISA members to whom she wants to send the survey.
If you administer estates you may therefore receive a mail with a survey from her. Please note that completion of the survey is voluntary. We also stress that FISA will never share members’ information with any party (including a FISA member) and that Ronel obtained the information by herself.
