FISA is doing a sponsored article campaign on Moneyweb from 10 to 12 March 2025.
The campaign consists of two articles written by Moneyweb’s Amanda Visser after interviews with FISA chairperson Dr Eben Nel about the protection of minor heirs in a will, and with FISA CEO Louis van Vuren about the need for legislation around enduring powers of attorney.
There is also a podcast of an interview with FISA vice-chairperson Chris Murphy about the issues around offshore heirs in South African estates.
