Amanda Visser reports for Moneyweb on a presentation given by the newly appointed acting Chief Master of the High Court, Kalayvani Pillay, at the 15th Annual FISA Conference on the 10th of September. Ms Pillay acknowledged that the Masters’ Offices have experienced significant challenges which they are working hard to address, ranging from an outdated legislative framework to staffing and technology issues.
