Ms Kalayvani Pillay said that the legal framework governing the Master’s Office will be getting attention. The framework includes the Insolvency Act, Wills Act, Administration of Estates Act, Close Corporations Act, Intestate Succession Act, Trust Property Control Act and the Companies Act.
