To comply with the provisions of the Protection of Personal Information Act, 4 of 2013, FISA switched off all contact detail fields on all members’ profiles on the FISA website.
This means that potential clients looking for the services of a fiduciary practitioner will not be able to contact you if they click on your name on the FISA member list on the website – https://www.fisa.net.za/members/. At the moment the membership list displays only your surname, name, company, FPSA® status (if applicable), and member number and if someone clicks on your name the person will be directed to your profile, but no further details will be displayed on your profile page.

You can choose which particulars you want to display by logging into your profile, clicking “Edit Profile” and choosing “Personal Details”. You can then decide which details can be seen by only you, by only FISA members, or by everyone. Therefore, if you want to display only your office phone number in addition to the basic information you can do so, but can keep your cell phone number hidden or display only to other FISA members.
There is a process to reset your login credentials if you have forgotten them.
