Invitation to members to raise matters for discussion to be placed on the agenda of the Annual General Meeting on 15 March 2017
The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of FISA will take place on 15 March 2017 at the Hacklebrooke Conference Centre, C/o Conrad Drive and Jan Smuts Avenue, Craighall Park, Johannesburg.
The FISA Constitution (cl 17.1.5 read with cl 17.2) provides that only matters of which notice had been given in the formal notice (which will be dispatched on a later date) may be discussed at the AGM.
Members are hereby invited to submit matters for discussion at the AGM. Members who are not going to attend the AGM must please ensure that a delegated representative member will attend, who may then canvas the matter on their behalf.
