Wills

Your Will is one of the most important documents you will ever sign. Anyone over the age of 16 may have a Will. It is easy to fall into the trap of thinking that you can draft your own Will; however, to draft an appropriate Will requires knowledge of a wide variety of legislation, as well as common and case law. This applies even if your Estate is not large or is seemingly simple.

A Will should be seen as the end product of a comprehensive estate planning process, so that an overall view of your Estate can be seen and catered for.

Rather consult a Fiduciary Practitioner of SA ® (FPSA®) or a FISA member about your Will.
