Deceased Estates & Trust Department within long established professional services firm requires a senior level Deceased Estates Administrator capable of functioning independently processing estates administration duties from initial consultation to finalisation, including Estate planning and drafting of Wills.
Definite exposure to dealing with Trusts and Curatorships, Commercial aspects of estates including: Private company interests, offshore assets, Estate Duty, etc. required.
Sound knowledge of Income Tax and CGT relating to estates preferable.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience functioning in a senior level processing deceased estates within a firm of attorneys, excellent communication (both written and verbal), organisational and time-management and computer literacy skills.
Bachelors Degree/Estates/Trust Diploma essential to secure.
