The Acting Chief Master, Ms Penny Roberts, issued a directive rolling out the new QR coded letters of executorship and letters of authority in deceased estates in the remaining Master’s Offices. In Circular 5 of 2024, Ms Roberts notified all offices in the Department of Justice and Constitutional Development that all Master’s Offices will roll out the new system with effect from 17 January 2024.
