FISA received a request from Dawie Beyers Attorneys in Gauteng for assistance in finding an independent trustee for a family trust.
The trust deed is in Afrikaans, therefore it will be preferable if such trustee is fluent in Afrikaans. The other trustees are resident on the Gauteng East Rand, and therefore it would be preferable if the independent trustee is resident within reach of that area.
